Assembly Group Show Opening

ASSEMBLY - our friends and family group show - is opening this Friday, 11 July 6-9pm!

An ode to the community we have been lucky to foster over the past 17+ years, Assembly features over 150 artists showing their work salon-style amongst a sea of peers in our @jackywinter.gallery space in Collingwood.

Come and join us for a celebration of creativity, community and a little bit of chaos -

Tyrown Waigana x House of Darwin

These shots of our Solid Lines artist Tyrown Waigana (@crawlincrocodile) modelling his limited collection with House of Darwin were too good not to share on our main. Playful, expressive and deeply personal, Tyrown's work often navigates surreal situations and escapes from reality, blending traditional motifs with contemporary design. Shop the pieces Tyrown designed online here.

Alice Lindstrom x Disney

Pocahontas, Moana, Ariel, Merida - and their animal sidekicks - captured beautifully by @alicemlindstrom in paper collage form for sharing across Disney's socials.

For Generations with Carla McRae

A sweet suite of illos by @carla_mcrae for family business advisors “For Generations”, adding warmth and a human touch to a complex area. Thanks to @tread.studio for sharing this brief with us.

Sören Selleslagh for Morning Brew x HOKA

@sorenselleslagh plays with perspective in this project for Morning Brew x HOKA, which also perfectly aligns with his casual side gig as a marathon runner. View the full feature here.

Recent work highlight: Ellen Porteus

@ellenporteus painted a big, looping, rabbit-chasing journey for Wall to Wall Festival in Mordialloc, curated by Judy Roller. 🐰✨

Upcoming: Craig & Karl x Brisbane Festival

@craigandkarl have been working directly with Brisbane Festival on a project launching in September, to transform not one, not two, but THREE of the river city’s most iconic bridges into dazzling landmarks wrapped in their signature colours, patterns and shapes. Their work will also feature across Brisbane Festival’s program, starting with their Outdoor Gallery Exhibition “Rear Vision” which is viewable now.
